My wife and I
have known Dana Nemes and his family for
many years. We were in a position to observe
Dana's building
skills and, to say the least, we are very
impressed.
The lot on which we planned to build is a
unique property and demanded a builder with
vision, flexibility and artistic instinct.
When we decided to build a new home there
was no question who we chose to be our
builder- and again we were very impressed.

Jay and I can't thank you
enough for all the hard work that you and
your crew did to make our project a success.
We both realize how difficult it must have
been for you to deal with two clients at the
same time. You handled each and every
issue that came up, no matter how small with
patience and understanding.
My parents couldn't be happier in their new

| As we
approached retirement and with
two homes, one in Westwood and
the other in Rocky Nook section
of Kingston it was time to make
the lifestyle changes for us. We
selected Dana Nemes and Building
Concepts of Kingston to design
and build our new home in Rocky
Nook, Kingston. From the initial
meetings, and later as work
progressed we were extremely
satisfied with our decision to
go with Building Concepts. We
were very impressed with the
houses built by Building
concepts and think ours is
outstanding. Even while we were
in Florida for four months, we
were in constant communication
